A historic estate with a contemporary plan.

M. Caren Connolly created the ongoing landscape architectural design for this 34+ acre estate. The Olmsted Brothers originally designed this historically significant site with architecture by Shepley Rutan & Coolidge.  Contemporary projects included Lake Path and native planting restoration, children’s village seating court, and design of the parking court, in addition to the overall estate plan.
