For our third project with this client, we designed and oversaw the construction of their Prairie style home to capture spectacular views, southern orientation and prevailing winds-inside and out. The client wanted a home that is as comfortable for one person as for four or more as this forever home needed flexibility. The generous first floor gathering rooms are book-ended by a master suite and a study. The gracious second floor guest suite has three bedrooms, two baths, a sitting room and an airy balcony.
